I really am at the end of my rope with this whole Top Up Mutuelle coverage issue. Every month my wife challenges me to justify the 149 euros expense. As an ex insurance guy in Canada I know every excuse to insure. But the Mutuelle just does not make sense. To put it bluntly I don't need the 6 euros refund from Allianz for this morning's docs appt.
