Hi guys, I’ve just enjoyed a six month stint at my new house in France. My six month tourist visa is now up and I’m ready to commit to France long term, I’m back in the uk and I am wondering if I am able to apply for a years visa, I’m an early retiree, with funds, property in France and I’m not expecting issues, just wondering if I can apply for a visa immediately or is there a waiting period before re-applying, albeit a different type of visa? Thanks
As you probably know, you can’t get another VLS-T straight away. But you can apply for a different visa, not a problem.
You will need to demonstrate you have health insurance for the long visa, not just GHIC.
