What it says. Am going to Canada for three weeks in November/December, and I need travel insurance which covers winter sports. Having a problem finding a company which offers wintersports cover or even mentions it. Any ideas? Do not wish to risk ending up in a Canadian hospital with a big bill to pay.

Generally your mutuel covers it, the french don't generally have separate travel insurance as they tend to travel in France and the Dom-Tom. Check out also your Carte Neige. My brother lives in Canada and apparently it makes French healthcare look cheap.
