Luckily we can do a lot of the work ourselves. The house is livable just a bit neglected and some of the previous restoration has some issues.
The husband is very good at most things. He could probably do the electrics as well - he does a lot of ours at home and at work - but we need the proper sign off if we are going to rent out.
