We have had the meter installed in our property and are now considering finding a supplier. As we are not in France very often, and when we are there, short stays we would love to get recommendations for the best supplier for us. We have been told to seek the lowest abonment! Can you help please?
If you have a completely new meter/supply then it will not be “mise en service” until the installation it is feeding gets an Attestation de Conformité from CONSUEL. In the meantime if you require power for your building project you will need to get a “chantier” supply that will be for a maximum of one year, but this is extendable as long as you tell them in good time. Such a supply requires a separate temporay meter box which has to conform to the requirements of ENEDIS. They can be easily be bought online.
