Unfortunately Valerie, there is no equivalent, that is why it was so welcome, the details have yet to be decided so nothing will probably change this year.
Depends if they can make it retrospective - retroactive??? I started my AE in 2009 as a secondary activity, so many new rules on't apply to me - according the the Chambre de MEtiers. Bizarre but true.
It has been decided but the decrees still have to be announced - and they can also change. Natalie, if you look at the www.apce.fr site, you can do a simulation I think. Alternatively the Chambre de Metiers or Commerce can also do them if yo have all the figures.
Thank you for the link, Tracy. My French is appalling and I'd have to Google translate so a quick question. If this does come into force (although nothing ever seems to be definite here) what would the best option be for the stay at home/work at home mum type who earns nowhere near 15k? Is there an equivalent simple system?
