Ouch!
On a serious note though, the pilot should have his/her licence revoked. That helicopter is an R44 that has the most dangerous and cackhanded cyclic stick arrangement. I would not let anyone in the passenger seat, let alone one carrying a box.
At 50ft, they were in the dead man’s curve so very luck to be alive.
