After three exploratory visits to France looking for property we have had our offer accepted. The house is between Vitrac-Saint-Vincent and Montenboeuf in the Charante.
Yet to sign the Compris, but hope to be in situ late August. We are both retired and if there are any mebers in the area we would love to get in contact.
