Read with interest the recent flurry of comments on EDF.
I have a different problem - moving away from France and contacted Orange to terminate the line. They told me that as it's a compte pro I need to jump through a lot of hoops including providing a kbis showing cessation of the business. While this is achievable (eventually) what right do Orange have to demand this? What if I was simply deciding to move to a different provider? Anyone had a similar experience?
