We shall shortly be moving from the temporary accommodation into our renovated house within the same address. We need to contact Orange to get our phone line and internet access moved to the new building. Unfortunately our French isn't good on the phone. Does anyone know of an email address we can use to ask Orange to come and move the access to the new property?
We went to their office/showroom in the nearest large town.

I used the Orange English speaking help line last week and have pleasure in confirming that they were very helpful and sorted out some problems that I had been having.
