My wife, Cynthia, and I have been here 5 months. We have our phone, internet and mobile with Orange. Cynthia's French is good but not good enough to decode all the details of our service and of all the French entities we've had to deal with, Orange has by far been the worst.
Last week, while in Barcelona, our mobile phone was stolen and today at the Orange office, they were less than helpful. So my questions are this:
Can anyone help with decrypting Orange contracts?
How can I tell if my contract contained insurance for theft?
Is there any possibility my home insurance will cover the phone?
