poor you all our passports and birth certificates were received in 5 days… but it’s all changing and will ultimately be handled by the UK by the end of the year, feel can only get worse. I’m rushing through 2 passports this month before the first wave of changes in April
Embassy turned my passport round in 2 days. Things went poire shaped when UPS took over. They called me to say they couldn’t find the house but without leaving any contact details and blocking the caller’s number . I then had to call London to get the tracking number, then call UPS’s premium rate number to give them the contact details. Took another week to get the passport.
