Useful info above. On a cursory inspection these refer to buildings which are going to be open to the public and the forms are additions to the info required for a normal permis de construire.

have only gone through the standard planning application route. All forms filled in in 4 examples etc. etc. and talk to your local building officer at the mairie if you need advice ;-)
