Peages to cost more.. will it make you change your route?

I just wonder how much higher could justify the sort of increases we see. A tanker holds around 34,000 litres, @ €0.20 cents difference that’s around €6,800 euros.

I have to admit we are autoroute regulars (with a tag) when heading to and from the UK, and also when taking my wife to Merignac for her biweekly uk work sessions!
The only time we usually come off the autoroute on the Calais trip is the initial N10 to Poitiers.
Friends (French) in the Gironde put us onto the N10 years ago - they use it plus A roads heading north to family .
Both our attitudes are you bite the bullet and pay - same as the M6 toll road in the UK. We always use that rather than the free, and slow, section.

Don’t delivery lorries use the roads that service areas have to allow staff to access there place of work from the local towns.
