Does anyone know anywhere in Le Barcares or the surrounding area where I might be able to buy a cat box?

I agree with Brian. However they do seem to be widely available at DIY outlets and our vet also sells them.
Naomi, repost this in the Cat Chat group and if you are also a dog owner see Dogs, dogs, dogs group, if a horse owner there is a horse owners' group too. Other animals are potluck. I think you will get quicker, better answers from them. Cat boxes are in a lot of supermarkets, most bricos and certainly large garden centres. I am too far away to know anything about specific pet suppliers. Hope you find one.
