Photo challenge!

What camera are you using Lily - a phone or other. I found that the iPhone gives you a better idea of what the end result will be like - it’s only with a lot of trial and error with my digital cameras that l get what l want - and frequently not. Best advice l was given was to take pictures from slightly different angles and distances of the subject which gives you a choice. Like this.

Dan,I tend to use my phone these days it’s always to hand.
I find my android is better because my iphone is quite old now.

Hi Kent, and others, I too shot several rolls of Infra-Red film years ago. Don’t think it’s available now … be interested if it was. And I think it’s impossible to reproduce it digitally. Could be wrong ?

Digital cameras “see” in the IR spectrum quite well - so much so that they have IR filters to cut out the amount of IR reaching the sensor.

It is possible to modify cameras to remove/swap the IR filter or, if you are unsure of doing that just pick up a pre-modified camera on eBay.
