Hello 
I’m looking for swimming lessons for myself. I’m an adult and it’s a bit sad that I don’t know this basic skill so I’ve decided to take courses. But I haven’t been able to find anything that’s cheaper than 20 euros per session. Can someone suggest something more affordable and preferably in Paris, please? But if it’s juts once a week, I don’t mind the suburbs either.

I’m in the Dordogne and ours is a tiny little village pool and even that costs €11 for a 1/2 hour lesson so I’m guessing in Paris you wont’ find cheaper than that! Have you got a friend who could teach you? There is an Aussie website with lesson by lesson DIY (lessons in Oz also very expensive), they are how to teach your child but I’m sure you could have a go at least with some basics (floating / breathing and bubble blowing etc) and then maybe just have a few paid lessons.
