Your personal chef Bryan Savage (Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle) will come to your house, provide the ingredients and cook a meal for up to eight people in your own home. You can sit back and relax while his wife Kate works front of house, uncorking the wine, serving aperitifs and waiting on you and your friends at table. You only have to supply drinks.
Beside cooking for royalty, Bryan has cooked for many high profile celebrities as head chef for Payne & Gunter (one of the most prestigious caterers in the UK) at such events as Henley Regatta, Goodwood Racecourse & Twickenham Rugby Stadium. In addition he has catered at all major golf events and under the umbrella of Albert Roux he worked for 3 seasons at Glyndebourne Opera Festival (see photo).
In addition to all the above, Bryan and Kate ran their own restaurant in Tunbridge Wells, followed by a destination pub in Speldhurst, Kent.
As Bryan & Kate will not only be cooking and serving you but also covering the cost of all food, it would not be fair to expect very expensive courses such as Lobster Thermidor, filet steak or such like. Bryan will discuss your preferences with you to create a unique menu, including vegetarian options. A typical menu would be:

There will be at least 4 courses for each menu choice; entrée, main course, dessert & cheese board. You can choose whether cheese or dessert is served first after the main course.
In addition to cooking and serving this wonderful meal, Bryan & Kate will clear away and wash up so that you can enjoy the whole evening. Plates and cutlery can be supplied if required.

This very generous prize has been offered by Bryan & Kate to Aide.les.Chats65 to help build a new cattery and provide sterilisation & care for the cats at The Nouveau Refuge in Ibos. We are hoping to get an Independent Prominent Person to make the draw which will take place on Friday 11th December.
Tickets are 10 euros each; numbers will be made available in batches of 50, i.e. when numbers 1-50 are sold, numbers 51 - 100 will then be available to buy. The first 50 numbers are available for purchase NOW .
