I do not have a French bank account and have been using my UK card over here, but have been getting charged for using it, what i am looking for is something similar to the link below, that i can top up online and use without getting 2.99% commision charges as well as a £1 fee everytime I use my uk card.

Plenty of others like that one but none will delivery to France.

Used it for years. No charges toload the card and no charges for withdrawing cash at a French bank hole in the wall. Can be recharged online from your UK bank.
