Hi, I am a newbie here and still finding my way around. I have been trying to post a profile photo but having no luck. I keep getting an error message and it suggests that I use another photo. Which I have done three time, but still no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Maureen & welcome. Lots of people have this problem including me at the beginning. I'm no computer expert but can tell you it doesn't work on Internet Explorer. I use Google Chrome to up load photos here so try a different browser.
