Not totally, as I said. For one thing there are a finite number of buyers, once they have bought demand will fall off and supply might loosen as they (or their employers) realise working from home has its downsides.
Even along the A75 corridor south of Clermont Ferrand, people want to escape the city’s cramped housing /flats for something with space to swing a cat in, and be able to get outside. We have no TGV, yet Covid19 has had an impact even here.
