Property taxation (UK property for expats)

Hello


We are moving to France but renting out our UK property, and would like to know the rules regarding the tax. Has anyone experience of this? We would be grateful to know.

@janette We have 3 rental properties here and declare the UK onealong with them because at the beginning we were losing money on it so used that to reduce the profit here

Thanks Steve. Do you have a portfolio of french properties that you rent out, so adding the Uk rent is easier that way ?

We are registered as as non-resident in UK as far as our flat is concerned and declare the rent/loan payments on our French declaration along with our rental properties here.
