another idea… heat a few spoonsful as a sauce… add spices according to your tastes and pour sauce over any sort of dessert/pudding…
Depending on how stiff it is, you could serve it with a Spanish cheese like Manchego - the set, grainy version is called membrillo - or perhaps use it in a sauce for duck or chicken.
Incorporate it for an unusual version of Coronation Chicken, even?

Chuck it in a stirfry with soy sauce etc. Makes a sauce if nothing else.
