Raising a complaint at Lidl

Has anyone here tried to escalate a complaint with LIdl?
I recently had to contact them via their online form about what I believed was a faulty product still under guarantee.
I was contacted by one of their staff and without going into the whole gory details the conversation went:
Me - I’m not satisfied with your response and I’d like to take this further. Can I speak with your manager?
Him - I am the manager and that’s the end of the matter.
It’s impossible to find out from their website who to contact if you are not satisfied with their customer service. Has anyone had a similar experience, and what did you do?
