Yes - I used to make medlar jelly each year in the UK. We will miss our medlar tree now, it had lovely lossom and gave such good shade.

There’s a third ; same colouring, but spends 95% of his time under the bath…(?!)
Definitely…our one is called Stan. He’s not old but very grumpy & not very tolerant of the other two. All three are rescue cats.
Stan lived in my friend’s woodshed; the one under the bath, I found on the engine of my van; the other one was found under the bonnet of my other half’s car…she’d driven down to the village with him under there.
