I need some repairs to the eve of my roof and received a devis for the work. For the life of me I cannot figure out what this means: “Mise à disposition des protections collectives, moyens d’accés.” It is 600 euros for 'means of access?!

That is what I thought, but almost a third of the price for that. Geez!
I have had my roof cleaned so scrubbed, moss removed and hydrofuge put on. It is costing 18€ per m2.
