Does anyone know if current Orange customers are entitled to renew their liveboxes and how often? It’s about 2 and a half years since I started my service with them. Has anyone had any experience with doing this? If I just turn up to my local Orange shop and ask for a new one, what do you think? I see they’ve got updated versions now.
