The very lively and much loved Dame Barbara Windsor has died.
She made us laugh and now we must say good bye/
There is a programme on ITV replayer at the moment called living with dementia with Ros Kemp who was a close friend of hers. Barbara Winsor herself didn’t want to be filmed, but her lots of discussion with her husband.
Awww that is sad.
She said she regretted the bikini top flying off joke in Carry on camping because that’s what she’d be remembered for. And sure enough, the BBC and CH4 news couldn’t resist it. No mention of her BAFTA or Tony nominations though. Or maybe I just missed it
