Those formation ones are still coming thick and fast and by phone too. I just ignore phone calls if the name is not on the screen of family and friends and if its important they will leave a message! If you check on your ameli account online you usually find any real messages they have sent you. It always pays to be wary of anything asking for info as in reality if it very important, an official letter would normally come in the post.
I found I could set my iPhone to ignore calls from people not in my contacts. It doesn’t ring, but it shows a “silenced call”.
Of course, as you suggest, never a message left, so no time wasted!
