I am wondering if anyone here kows of a place we can park a car for 3 weeks while we fly from San sebastien airport in march. I can't find a hotel that offers this as standard and the Airport are asking 185€!!! We were wondering if there was anyone who had a a spare place in a yard etc. Camping with an empty pitch at that time of year? Any help or sugestions are welcome . I don't mind if it's on the French side of the border as I know Hendaye is only a few Kms away.

I have just spoken to the campanille hotel at Heuande and they will let us leave the car !! No extra charge just book the rooms we need the night before we fly. Excactly what we needed as we fly early in the morning and were planning to stay somewhere anyway.
Nice thought, thank you James. I have found a Campanille in Hendaye. I will call them tomorrow and see if they will allow me to pay for 3 weeks parking if we stay the night before.
Last time we did this trip we used the Ibis in Irun and arranged to leave the car with them but when we got back we had notices all over it saying we were illegally parked!! Luckily we didn't get towed. We aren't keen to go back there. Hotels with long term parking don't seem to be on offer as it's such a small airport.
With the amount of land we have where we live I wish we were near an airport it has to be a good little earner for someone who lives I the right place.
We are an hour from the border so that's not much help, but you could have it it was of any use!
