Hi, I have a 2-Bed apartment in Montpellier which I am seriously considering selling. Can anyone give me advice on how to go about this/costs involved/reliable Estate Agent in Montpellier, etc?
The Apartment is presently let out full-time. I was told that there are two prices for selling if this is the case - one is a buy-to-let price and the other is a price for selling it unoccupied. (Apparently I will get less for my property as a buy-to-let. I’m not sure if this is right and/or if there is a big difference in prices).
I live in Ireland and I’m on my own so I feel a little lost at the moment as to how to progress.
Any advice would be greatly accepted.
