French agents seem to be happy to photograph houses in any state of untidiness - at least these are half decent resolution.

I think they also prefer a bit of subterfuge so as not to easily identify the property from the outside to preserve their fee base and prevent clients going to the owner direct…

Yes, it’s shocking what some estate agents think is acceptable. Lots seem to take photos of the current owners’ possessions too… As if you’re buying their coffee table and sofa. Whereas all I’m interested in seeing the rooms, the garden, any dependences, etc…
I think that’s why I enjoy watching Leggett videos on YouTube… They’re so much more professional than the adverts on Se Loger or Bien Ici.

Love Abbeville environs, been there many times and cycled down to the mouth of the Somme at Saint Valery sur Somme to the market there once.
Quite a price at ¼m€ and here was me thinking that area was low priced!
Best of luck with the sale though. Looks lovely inside.
