What is the general view on what is going to happen in September? Will it be a damp squib?
I read mixed reports in the press headlines, but the wretched gilets jaune debacle is still large in my memory and hope it will not return next month…

There is a movement who want to cause disruption in protest against cutting the two public holidays. The 10th is a target date but it will carry on if successful I imagine.

I’m horrified they want to trash the 8 mai, much better to get rid of the 15th of August.

It says everything that a kindly soul here on SF posted the name of a site that keeps track of strikes.
Have just warned family who are flying down on the 14th that they may not get here if it escalates which it probably will. Now…better get some loo roll in case the delivery drivers refuse to work LOL
