Silver smithing!

Dear all,

I am currently looking for someone who could help me learn the trade of silver smithing! I am a teacher in the UK, currently on a sabbatical, living in Bouteilles St Sebastien. My brief is to try to find a day or two day course to learn how to make simple jewellery.

Hi, have a look on the www.facilitutors.com website - there are several courses there. I have actually just booked on to one in the Limousin with Mark Wain because he offers the traditional silversmith skills - but there are others too.

You could try Cormac Cuffe. www.irishjewellerycourses.com. His website does not refer to France but he is currently in Lagrasse (11220), which is Aude in the Languedoc.
