Hi. Just moved to the Herault. The internet installed today. (orange) I have an old computer but I kfnd it extremely slow.Is that the norm or is something amiss??????????
All hanging on a telephone braid, - so there was only one solution: http://www.toowaydirect.com. Good thing is its also not tunneled in UK. You may hang at the end of these cables and there is nothing coming ;-)...
Thanks Steve. I tried this and then compared it with my laptop.Its the computer! the laptop is at least twice as fast!

I am on Orange and I get 3.9 Mbs down, 0.56 Mbs up and the ping takes 48ms. This approx twice as fast as when I was with Free.
