I have ordered two toners for my HP printer from France Toner. They advised they would be compatible with my printer however they are not working. I have sent them two emails via their website over the last couple of weeks (as my French is not very good to speak on the phone) and this seems to be the only other way of contacting them however I have had no response.
My initial email was answered straight away when I asked what cartridges would be compatible with my printer and now nothing.
Is anyone aware if there is a Government department I can contact to get them to contact me about organising a refund??
