So they're becoming popular (so the net would have me believe) in the UK. We will need to do our roof in the next few years and are starting to explore the options. Has anyone found a supplier for solar shingles (not singles, although they do look like roof tiles) in France? In fact, even better, anyone heard of grants for doing this?

Georgina, have a look over on the renewables group because we had a bit of an exchange on this about a month ago. This was the best set up I found here in France. There's a couple of good ones in Germany too, but this might do for starters. This is the 'music' of the future for photo-voltaic roof sourcing but it still seems very expensive everywhere so I think some of us are stalling for now.
