The other week I was sent some really, really nice skincare samples and I've been so impressed with both the quality of the products and the service, that I feel the need to share the good news with SFN members!
Angela Langford produces luxury, natural skincare products. They are handmade in Britain and contain no parabens, petrochemicals or synthetic fragrances and here's the bit I especially like, they are all tested on her friends, family and herself!
I have incredibly sensitive, reactive skin and with Daisy going off to uni for the first time, by the time we were ready for day one of "la rentree", I was looking more raddled than usual.
So I thought this would be a perfect week to road test Angela's products.....
Angela deals with each customer individually. Just get in touch to let her know what your skincare requirements are - she will then send out the free sample pack.
She also sends out extra samples with all full sized orders, this is a great way to try before you buy. You can either request specific additional products or Angela will select products she feels will suit your skin.
So just how good are they?
I think they are brilliant and I'm a complete convert. I liked all of the products I was sent. They all smelt delicious. I only needed a tiny amount. My skin loved them and a couple of them really stood out.
The cleanser Clean Sweep was quite easily the best cleanser I've ever tried and I will be buying it again. It was the only cleanser I have ever used that has left me with skin like a 5 year old's! My face didn't feel tight afterwards, I could have quite happily left it without putting anything else on (this never happens) - neither did it feel greasy which is so often the case with cleansers that say they are designed for dry, sensitive skin.
The Bloom & Glow face oil claims to balance your skin and restore radiance. It was absolutely lovely to use, I looked like I'd just come back from a (restful) holiday and several people commented on how well I looked. I'm addicted.
I really can't recommend Angela's products highly enough. It is well worth getting the sample set (you just pay for P&P) and working out what will suit your skin. They all come with instructions and a full list of ingredients so you know exactly what you are putting on your face and you can read more here.
