Survive France icon

Whenever I want to view the website I have to use an old post from anyone to load the website. Is there an icon I can keep on my home page for this purpose?

In most web browsers you can create a “bookmark” for any web address. Look for a “bookmarks” menu in your browser - or there is often a keyboard shortcut, for example in Firefox it’s “ctrl-D” (Cmd-D on Mac).

Then you can save the bookmark either to a menu or a “bookmarks toolbar”.

The icon is provided by the website you are bookmarking.

Here’s mine on my Firefox toolbar:

If you google ‘Survive France’ you’ll get a link to the site, follow it andwhen you’re on the site, drag the icon on the LHS of the web address onto your tool bar.

Having got it on the tool bar, if you right click on it, you’ll get a menu that enables you to modify it by choosing Edit… I find this feature useful for shortening the names of tool bar shortcuts, so on mine Survive France is just SF and the icon.

Sorted, thank you. I’d done this a few times but the icon would not show on my toolbar, eventually realised toolbar was full. :face_with_thermometer:
