Yes, they seem to be in the “Find Out” phase of FAFO. My heart bleeds for them (no, I’m lying - it doesn’t).

I was always of the opinion that they would be ‘found out’, if given enough time.

I agree everyone deserves a second chance, but it’s still quite a mis-step to adopt someone with that history.

I didn’t know until quite recently that one of the reasons Sunak called an election was because the prison system was about to collapse.
The early release scheme is now under attack, but listening to the arguments for it I do completely understand it.
Maybe if they stopped locking up PA protesters there would be more room in prisons.

That’s right. In fact, partly (though also because of decades of neglect) because of the Potty Pensioners Protest you mention.
The PPs also delayed justice for victims of crime, and probably - because delay frequently deters victims from giving evidence - allowed violent criminals to escape justice.
Even more bizarre, it’s okay for Bonehill-Paine can stand in a local election, but not for Parliament, says Badenoch.
