ELVIS PRESLEY…Who else…No recording artist so far has sold more than 1 billion records and is still selling.

Yes he was popular but not with me.
According to the info I have read the top selling number of
records goes to the Beatles.
On the list is Led Zep and a few people I have never heared
of plus one or 2 heavy metal bands.

I was just thinking. No one has mentioned TD or Kraftwerk. Saw Patti Smith and she gave out two t shirts at the end of the concert. One of them to me! Seeing her this in June.

Kraftwerk & TD were both in my list, as was Patti Smith. So certainly “mentioned”.

Yes, my reply went in the wrong place. My fault. It was you I was referring to. Do you like other Krautrock?

Never really got into it past Kraftwerk/TD, it rapidly gets a bit niche!

You need to hear their cover of “Ruby”.

Faust IV is very good. I like Neu. Can don’t do a lot for me.

yeah my dad is mates with them all.

Any TD or Kraftwerk on vinyl?

A fair bit of TD, not sure which albums as I’ve not looked through the vinyl collection in about 20 years

I was a bit late to Kraftwerk so that’s on CD.

Both bands have produced so many albums that I probably haven’t listened to half their output!

In fact I’m pretty thin on either this century, must get hold of some more recent stuff & check it out.

Peter Green played the Supernatural.

Just flicked through and found both Autobahn and Radioactivity original vynyls in my collection, i’ve just put on the latter.

Haven’t seen Hendrix or Rory Gallagher or Jack Bruce on here yet.
Sonny Rollins, Jim Hall, Miles Davis surely?

I’m a viny junkie, so any you want to get rid of…
