OH and I are avid fans of this programme … all nationalities.
We’d have loved the chance to be one of these 4 guests… a chance to meet Florent Pagny !!
Is he still alive? Gary Halliday is long dead I should think.
Florent is only 64 and is recovering from cancer… but he is doing well and is back at work. ![]()
And his hair has grown back too! My son had one of his pupils sing on the children’s version, turned her into an obnoxious little madam even though she did not get through but it went to her head.
Ah yes, “The Voice - Kids” … is a very special thing… some brilliant some not so good, but always a pleasure to see/hear 'em.
It takes a lot of guts to stand in front of a huge crowd and.. let rip… adults and children alike.
Indeed. When I was a child I used to be able to sing quite well. I didn’t enjoy it though. One day, the headmaster made me stand up in front of the school during the assembly and sing something from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. I hated it and knew I’d never want to do it ever again.
Was pleased once my voice broke and I lost the ability to sing in tune ever again ![]()
No Gary Halliday fans then!
One of my guilty pleasures.
Garry yes, but not Johnny. ![]()
