How can you determine what TL you are at on SF?
Presumably Team Members are TL4.
It’s shown on your profile page
Team members are tl3 regular, the same as anyone who makes it to the lounge, like you for example.

My level is blonde or clown.
I received a message to say that I had been awarded tl3 and that I could now access The Lounge.
But no-one has told me where The Lounge is…
Click on the SF logo (top left) then you’ll see a drop down menu titled ‘all categories’ and that drops down all the different areas. Lounge is at the top.
