Dear All,
I am currently working in France with a CDD and hired by CNRS. My contract will finish next February. If I don’t find quickly another job after that, I will apply for Chomage. But I have a question. Even tough I did all my paperwork for social security on time, with the coronavirus outbreak things are very delayed and I still don’t have my definitive social security number and I am not sure if I will have it for next February. So, I would like to know is it is possible to apply to unemployment insurance with the temporary social security number.
