This is an appalling abuse of power. these passengers were already on board when the four airline staff turned up late.
It is made worse by the CEO telling them that they had done their duty and abusing the poor man who was so terribly assaulted.
United Airlines shares are starting to fall.
You need to get this right…
He wasn’t ‘forcefully’ removed at all… he was ‘involuntarily denied boarding process’
He was “de-planed” I hear.
