Wanted...Dog friendly hotel/b&b

My sister is driving from the UK to the Gaillac area of France in July for a month with her 3 dogs, 2 Old English sheepdogs (clipped) and a jack russell. All three are gentle and well behaved.

They are looking for a nightstop point about mid way. Has anyone any experience of doing this, or can suggest a suitable hotel or b&b? We stayed in Bourges when we drove down last time but did not have the dogs with us, so any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I was looking into this recently and although I can't recommend anywhere personally, but I did find these sites which might be of use:-

Paws Abroad

Trip Advisor

Pet Holiday Finder

I also found find this book about walks near motorways in France. I though it might be useful when travelling up and down the country with the dog. It's not published until next month but here is the link.

If you find somewhere, it would be useful to know.

Thanks,

K
