I dunno if it's organic but Eric le Sausage our local basement butcher is the man for me! I've just collected 2kg sausage, 3kg cuisse de dinde, 2kg escalope de dinde, 3kg ribs (free) for the princely sum of ............37, 50 euros. Umpteen glasses of red wine & the craic with the locals also included. Can't be bad. I'm so glad I'm not a veggie, I couldn't afford to eat given the price of vegetables:-)
