If only it were someone else who had come up with this. Wikipedia itself has been used as the best example of ‘you mustn’t believe everything that you read on the Internet’ for years. A lot of people will dismiss this bombshell as nothing more than the pot calling the kettle black.

Having read Wiki’s Official Disclaimer some years ago… I do still use it occasionally… but always takes the info it offers “with a pinch of salt”…

I think it’s a brilliant resource and it’s no bad thing to be aware that the facts that you are reading might not be 100% all of the time and might be worth confirming elsewhere.
