Sorry, really don’t see the point of courgettes, no matter how they are cooked😣

A friend suffered a heart attack…and ended up somewhere in the Limousin, recuperating… while he was there, learning a new way of life… they taught him 10,000 ways to cook courgettes… :wink::relaxed::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::rofl::joy:

We sometimes have potatoes to eat, much nicer than the dreaded courgette :joy::joy:

Maybe nobody cooked them properly for you Mark ! Gratin de courgette and potatoes could be realy nice :yum: Courgette are nice when they are nearly caramelised, nothing to do with boiled one (don’t like them boiled either !)

I don’t mind them boiled/steamed. With a proper British gravy and a roast dinner they are lovely. I like them however they are done.
