Consent not required for organ donation

I suppose if you want to take your news from the Daily Caller ie. one step down from Fox News you're welcome.

There are several films, such as "The Island", that try to give us a clue as to the near future in which we aren't just farmed for our labour, but also our organs.

In other words, the natural rights of the individual are, and will always be, immaterial. All the state has to do is to persuade us otherwise, that of course we have rights, that can be abridged or signed away - and that, in any case, it is all for the greater good.

A new 'cause of death' we can look forward to: "Someone needed their organs more than they did"

You do know this happens in China already? People are made political prisoners until such time as their organs are needed, when they receive their death sentence. http://dailycaller.com/2015/04/09/report-the-chinese-government-is-...

The only difference between China and Europe, is that China doesn't have to worry so much about pulling the wool over its citizens' eyes (those still with corneas).

I, for one, welcome our new, organ harvesting overlords.
